Sojirat Singholaka

Sojirat Singholaka graduated with second-class honors in 1996 from the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University, majoring in Speech Communication and Performing Arts. After completing her undergraduate degree, she joined Up with People, a cross-cultural educational program that brings together participants from around the world to engage in music, volunteer work, travel, and cultural exchange by living with local host families. This formative experience sparked her deep interest in intercultural communication and cross-cultural management.
Following her graduate studies, Sojirat worked as a Public Relations Officer at Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University until 2012. She went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Intercultural Management at the School for International Training (SIT), graduating in 2002.
Since 2003, she has worked as the personal manager of Pichet Klunchun, and in 2010 she officially became the manager and producer of Pichet Klunchun Dance Company (PKDC). Under her leadership, the company has produced and toured eight major works:

- Nay Nai (2014)
- Dancing with Death (2016)
- Bird (2018)
- No.60 (2020)
- Cyber Subin (2024), the company’s latest piece, which premiered at the Taiwan International Festival of Arts in 2024.
Sojirat continues to play a vital role in shaping the artistic and organizational direction of PKDC, bridging artistic vision with intercultural dialogue and international collaboration.
